For more than 25 years, I've helped organizations large and small turn strategy into action, building the governance models, planning rhythms, and team structures that keep complex teams moving in the same direction. Sixteen of those years were spent solving high-stakes strategy and business operations challenges within Microsoft's complex, matrixed environment, work that sharpened my ability to bring clarity and structure to even the most challenging organizational landscapes.
