If you're leading a business or a nonprofit, you spend most of your time asking other people how they're doing. The Org Health Check is a free, no-signup tool that gives you a quick, honest read on where your organization stands across three areas: strategy, operations, and culture. It takes about seven minutes, and at the end you get a real picture of what's working, what's shaky, and where the gaps are.

If the results are useful to you, and you want to go deeper, you can request a full analysis with ideas tailored specifically to your organization. You'll hear back within one business day, and there's zero obligation attached to it.
